In the splendid setting of the millenary olive trees and in front of the beach we rent a spacious basement 90 meters from the beach, equipped with an exclusive garden of about 40 square meters, equipped with built-in barbecue, solar shower, a large rocking chair, two sun loungers and a table with chairs for lunch and dinner comfortably outdoors. A comfortable terracotta staircase leads to the apartment, very fresh in summer and equipped with all the comforts for your holiday of about 80 square meters. Within 50-100 meters there are a pharmacy, super market, Sunday market and numerous pizzerias and restaurants. The interior consists of a living area with kitchen equipped with microwave and traditional oven, fridge, freezer and stove, the relaxation area is equipped with a sofa and armchairs with a wall equipped with, LCD TV, DVD and CD player, system home theater, satellite decoder. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double with a wolf’s mouth and the other double without a window. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower.
