The Olivastro Vista Mare Residence house is located a stone’s throw from the center, next to the millenary olive trees from which the name of the structure derives. These beautiful trees give an added value to the apartment which is framed by high fronds.

The accommodation located on the first floor is equipped with every comfort. The large lounge will be ideal for moments of relax after a whole day at the beach or for long walks on the trails that our area will offer you.

The presence of two bedrooms makes the apartment ideal especially for families but also for couples.

The peculiarity of this apartment is certainly the large terrace overlooking the sea which is accessed through a spiral staircase. The large independent terrace will allow you to spend your summer evenings in comfort and enjoy the sea breeze just a few meters from the house.

All points of interest are easily reachable since the Olivastro Residence is located in the city center. The nearest supermarket is 10 meters away, as well as restaurants, bars and pizzerias. You can move freely on foot and crossing the playground you will immediately be invaded by the smell of saltiness that will guide you to the beach.
